Founding Schools Offer: the first 20 schools signing by 31 July 2027 receive the 30% complete-suite saving and 20% off their first paid year. After the offer, the planned complete-suite saving is 25% and the first-year reduction ends.
Small-school DAS price: DAS Board is capped at £419 a year for schools with up to 699 pupils before any applicable agreement or trust saving.

Public prices checked 28 August 2026. The main example is a 1,200-pupil school. These are useful reference points, not a claim that differently shaped products are identical.

Student Radar uses an everything-included per-pupil price. Ours is the bounded Founding Schools price; the planned standard suite is £1,946.

Smart School published pricingCritical Developments prices are the published standard-school prices before VAT. Student Radar is calculated at £4.25 per pupil for 1,200 pupils with its published 15% saving for 800+ pupils. Its three-year figure assumes that annual price remains unchanged; it is a projection, not a vendor quotation.
Competitor prices, packaging and VAT treatment can change. Follow the source links and obtain a current written quotation before procurement. The Three-Year Fair Price Guarantee applies only to a genuinely comparable written quotation.
Three-Year Fair Price Guarantee
We will beat its equivalent three-year total and hold that annual price for the term.
The quote must be written, less than 90 days old and comparable in school size, products, users, support, compulsory setup, integrations and term. Free pilots, charitable subsidies, beta prices and unrelated cross-subsidies are excluded. Every mandatory competitor charge counts. The approved price-beat figure becomes the final contract total; other savings do not apply again. It cannot fall below 65% of our published estimate for the same school, scope and term. If a quote crosses that floor, we will say so before onboarding.
The trial promise
The trial begins when the agreed configuration is ready to use.
One supported trial is available per school. We will confirm capacity, the success measures and the secure onboarding requirements before any school data is used.
